This 30-minute class varies each week as we explore different paths to meditation. This helps you to learn what techniques work best for you. You will learn to relieve stress and anxiety with mindfulness, guided visualizations, heart and chakra based practices, breathwork, relaxation, and guided rest (aka yoga nidra).
Classes vary on Tuesdays and Thursdays as to what is presented.
