Join in through the month of May as we focus on the practice of Metta, also known as Loving-Kindness, through classes, short meditation recordings, mini-retreats and more.

By exploring Metta (Loving-Kindness) and similar mantras, and mindfulness practices, you will make self-love a priority, cultivate gratitude, and focus on compassion. These practices will provide an opening of the heart, help to alleviate anxiety, depression, and similar symptoms, and nourish deeper connections with others, and enhance your overall well-being.

Walking the Path of Kindness | Applied Mindfulness Class & Course

Mondays at 8:30 am CDT – In this month’s four-week series (no class on Memorial Day 5/30), you will learn how to heal through compassion for yourself and others. By exploring Metta (Loving-Kindness) and similar mantras, and mindfulness practices, you will make self-love a priority, cultivate gratitude, and focus on compassion. These practices will provide an opening of the heart, help to alleviate anxiety, depression, and similar symptoms, and nourish deeper connections with others, and enhance your overall well-being.
Sharing and questions are held at the end of the session. Includes reflection exercises for you to use at home.
This series will be part of our Metta May which will be incorporated into other classes, daily recordings, in a special month-long program.
Additional recorded meditations are available in the mini-course.
Class is 30-45 minutes in length depending on any questions or comments at the end of class. Register for class.

Mini-Retreats

Mini-Retreats held on Friday, May 20th from 12:00-2:00 pm CDT and Saturday, May 21st from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm CDT. You do not have to attend both days. See class schedule for details.

30-Day Loving-Kindness Ritual

This will be started in the “Walking the Path of Kindness” class session on 5/2. The handout of the 30-Day Loving-Kindness ritual will be given to those who participate in the weekly Monday class and to those who enroll in the online course.
