In my journey with mindfulness, I’ve uncovered a number of pleasant surprises that unfolded over the years. What captivated me most was the utter simplicity of the practice. There were no mantras to memorize, no intricate steps to follow – just the basic act of aligning with my breath and listening to the world around me. Embracing everything that life brought my way with an open, nonjudgmental attitude, I found a haven of peace and tranquility. This approach has been instrumental in my healing from past PTSD, navigating health challenges, and mitigating depression and anxiety. Today, I’m going to share a few of these surprising and intriguing revelations with you.
