There were no mantras to memorize, no intricate steps to follow – just the basic act of aligning with my breath and listening to the world around me. Embracing everything that life brought my way with an open, nonjudgmental attitude, I found a haven of peace and tranquility. This approach has been instrumental in my healing from past PTSD, navigating health challenges, and mitigating depression and anxiety.
