In this episode, Deb shares the meditative practice of “Conscious Rest.” This is known by several names but they all off the same assistance to those who have insomnia, stress, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain or depression. The practice is simple to learn and easy to practice. It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation. Once learned, it becomes a set of tools for life. By engaging these practices over time, you nourish routines that support peace of mind, and enable your body and mind to easily fall into deep, restful sleep.
