Yoga Basics Tuesdays – 6PM EST – 60 min Learn, play, and maybe break a sweat in this beginner-friendly class that introduces fundamental poses, yoga terms, and concepts. Rest & Restore Wednesdays – 6PM EST – 60 min Deliberate stillness and constructive rest, inspired by Yin and Restorative yoga. Relax the body and unravel tension. Yoga props recommended. Yoga for Burnout Thursdays – 6PM EST – 60 min (No class on 8/4.) Beginner-friendly mix of gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation to help nourish and reset your nervous system. |
