It is important to develop a stable mind by cultivating concentration. You will explore the variations of mindfulness and how it can help you with your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and the cultivation of compassion and happiness.

If you choose certification, you will learn how to work with students and clients with the practice of mindfulness in their everyday lives, including specialized areas such as stress, anxiety, trauma, eating, grief, and awakening happiness and joy.
