We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves. – Buddha
My mission is to provide a safe and accessible space from the outside world where embodied practices can be explored. With such practices, a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a feeling of self-acceptance and well-being is created on the walk of life’s journey.
I have overcome significant life challenges aided by a variety of mind-body-spirit practices. By diligently using these tools over many decades, I found a life of contentment and equanimity. Through extensive education and life experience, I continue to assist and inspire others to do the same.
I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Coach, Sound Healer, and Yoga Specialist and I offer a mindful approach to uniquely and intuitively supporting my clients to manage stress, anxiety, PTSD, grief, insomnia, and other life situations so that you can live a purposeful, joy-filled life.
When we can unite with our True Nature, we find the solace and the energy we need to go through our journey called “life.”
In this course you will learn how to deepen your own practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness is foundational to all forms of meditation. With this established, our techniques can be developed. It is important to develop a stable mind by cultivating concentration. You will explore the variations of mindfulness and how it can help you with your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and the cultivation of compassion and happiness.
If you choose certification, you will learn how to work with students and clients with the practice of mindfulness in their everyday lives, including specialized areas such as stress, anxiety, trauma, eating, grief, and awakening happiness and joy.
