I have overcome significant life challenges as well as soothed chronic health conditions aided by a variety of mind-body-spirit practices. By diligently using these tools over many decades, I found a life of contentment and equanimity. Through extensive education and life experience, I continue to assist and inspire others to do the same. I offer a mindful approach to uniquely and intuitively support you so that you can live a purposeful, joy-filled life.
My mission is to provide a safe and accessible space where clients can explore these practices, allowing them to cultivate a profound sense of peace, acceptance, and overall well-being, and providing a much-needed respite from stress and anxiety as they navigate life’s journey.
