I have overcome significant life challenges as well as soothed chronic health conditions aided by a variety of mind-body-spirit practices. By diligently using these tools over many decades, I found a life of contentment and equanimity. Through extensive education and life experience, I continue to assist and inspire others to do the same.
My mission is to provide a safe and accessible space from the outside world where embodied practices can be explored. With such practices, a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a feeling of self-acceptance and well-being is created on the walk of life’s journey.
